The Inside Story about Women Fitness & Wellness


Famous Poet cum Writer Charles Bukowski says:

I thrive to fit my shoes into an artist here. 

The thumb rule of fitness as I understand won't be the same for men and women. They are polar opposites. The much closer to the rule is another one. Fitness is not associated with aging. 

I write it and swear solemnly with the trust that every men & woman who reads this narrative will swear solemnly before watching themselves in front of a mirror to periodically check how they look, much essential thing they can do is to reflect on self to compose/feel how great they have a beautiful running engine, which keeping them intact. 



I see fitness as a need to arise a conscientious and revealing sense of human happiness and its service to the world in the emission of constructive physical-psychic influence on all possible occasions.

Nobody is penalized for having a tiny potbelly and loosened armpit, except your very eyes & mind that compares, condemns self, drive adrenalin to change the condition by tightening muscles, protrude nerves to the skin surface, pump blood to fibers provide shape. I was very much one of you that over time, I learned not to push or pull to stay lazy. So, fitness means more than sustaining good shape, adding extra glamour & stealth to a normal body but, mainly to stay healthy. 





What impresses men, should not overwhelm him to shadow his own grace. I'm bigger than others. He always eyes on working out hard, either in the gym or splash into the swimming pool, jogging, roar in the shuttle court.

The idea of fitness for men means turning his torso into a funnel shape, limbs to repel each other from his central body. He keeps on focusing to become hulk. Turn his physique into a living marble statue with the finest chisel cuts. 

Few friends of mine funnily say: 'Hey! Look at his arm that seems like a person carrying a sambar (a South Indian masala dish to take along with rice) pail'.
 
While men are keen on increasing body mass, Women thrive to get themselves to look most thinner as it gets. They want to turn themselves into a sleek-edged wine cup. Oddities they have in their mind are Marriage, Pregnancy & Ageing coupled with emotional rhythm. Women seem to differ in kind.

Few indifferences I felt between Men & Women's approach on Fitness and Wellness are as follows: 

1.Men like to sweat and perfectly ok with their body odor rather Women dislike greasy skin.
2. Men like to skip and take push-ups while Women loves to dance enough and relax with cucumber on their eye or meditation.
3. Men like sports, body tuning while Women focus on mind-body tuning that extends & exhibits in arranging things to make a perfect home.
4. Men like to swallow extra proteins after workouts while Women skip post-exercise nutrition as they want to let go of the calories burned to slim themselves.
5. Man counts on his muscle contraction as growing fitness while women counts on the flexibility of their whole body and lubricative joints as staying fit.
6. Men worries about the risk of weight loss while Women worries about the risk of weight gain
 
What is fitness for old aged people?

For them, it means more about wellness. Ceasing the temptation to eat certain food due to health conditions, to banish the swinging mood from extreme joy to sudden sullenness, challenged the push limit about aging.  

If asked, they would reply, if you’re around by a culture of wellness & people of care. Stay healthy pertains to keeping them out of intensive care, getting personal care for support, advice, counsel even if they are destined to go there.

Again, Charles Bukowski's mind-blowing quote is apt for fitness  & wellness too.
